Cancer is more than a disease —
It’s a reputation pre-packaged with fear.
Wrapped in folklore.
Amplified by a culture that no longer thinks clearly.
It is only when we strip it of its noise that it reveals its truth —

Its power isn’t in the biology —
but in the reputation that strikes first.

Notoriously volatile.
Not understood but misunderstood.
Cloaked in the complexity of words.
A culture of words that defeats the patient from the outside in —
before their response begins.

This is its reputational death grip.
It co-opts the fear of the crowd.
It strips the patient of cultural strength —
and accelerates its strike.

To face it,
we need the stillness of a quiet mind —
in the middle of the storm.
A rational mind, disciplined to pause.
To detach.
To see.

Only then does the mental flip occur —
when we see its weakness, and our strength.
Our opportunity to strip it from us.
Our opportunity to hunt it.

We grow into this cancer challenge.
We shed what weighs us down.
Because survival demands it.
